Overview

The BGF series fills and seals narrow-neck plastic bottles. Available models cover different filling ranges and production outputs.

Applications

Fruit milk, yogurt, fresh milk, soybean milk, beverages, drinking water and other liquid products. Product viscosity, bottle dimensions and sealing material should be confirmed before machine selection.

Operating Process and Features

Filling → bottle sealing-cap cutting and forming → sealing → cooling → finished bottle discharge.

Automatic operation of filling and sealing processes.
Optional date-coding unit.
Pneumatic components can be selected to suit production requirements.
