Overview

This ZGD line combines weighing, filling and sealing for solid and granular products in premade pouches. It includes weighing and feeding equipment for the selected product.

Applications

Puffed snacks, rice crackers, potato strips, melon seeds, peanuts, green peas, candies, chocolates, biscuits, sugar, seeds, pistachios and pet food. Confirm the pouch format, product flow characteristics and target pack weight.

Operating Process and Features

Pouch picking → date coding → pouch opening → weighing and filling → settling → heat sealing → shaping → finished pouch discharge.

PLC control with a touch-screen interface.
Pouch and material detection to control filling and sealing.
Variable-frequency speed adjustment.
Three-section roller sealing with temperature control.
