Overview

The ZGD fills and seals premade pouches. It can be paired with different dosing systems for solid, granular, powder, liquid and viscous products.

Applications

Four-side-seal pouches, three-side-seal pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, paper pouches and other suitable composite pouches. Confirm the pouch material and product characteristics for the selected dosing system.

Operating Process and Features

Pouch picking → date coding → pouch opening → filling and settling → heat sealing → shaping → finished pouch discharge.

PLC control with a touch-screen interface.
Three-section roller sealing with temperature control.
Pouch-feeding width can be adjusted using handwheels.
Detection stops filling and heat sealing when a pouch is absent or fails to open.
Variable-frequency speed adjustment.
Stainless-steel casing and food-contact parts.
