Overview

The ZLD-5 automatically feeds stand-up pouches, fills the product and applies screw caps. It is designed for liquid and paste products in pouch packaging.

Applications

Applications include fruit jam, chocolate sauce, juice, milk, soybean milk, jelly, beverages and cleaning agents. Please provide your product, pouch and cap details so we can confirm the appropriate configuration.

Operating Process and Features

Pouch feeding → measured filling → spout cleaning → cap sorting and placement → screw capping → finished pouch discharge.

Photoelectric pouch detection stops filling when no pouch is detected.
Automatic liquid-level control.
Functional modules can be configured to suit production requirements.
Nitrogen flushing, transparent guarding, sterilization and air-purification assemblies are available as configuration options; please confirm the scope of supply.
