Overview

The ZLD-2 fills and caps stand-up pouches for liquid products. It combines automatic pouch feeding, filling and capping in one production process.

Applications

Suitable products include fruit juice, milk, soybean milk, jelly, beverages and cleaning agents. Send your product information and pouch drawing to confirm the required configuration.

Operating Process and Features

Automatic pouch feeding → measured filling → nozzle cleaning → cap feeding → capping → finished pouch discharge.

PLC control with a human-machine interface.
Pouch detection stops filling when no pouch is present.
Automatic liquid level control.
